Participating carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5.8 Service Modifications and Termination

5.10 Participation Requirements
By participating in our SMS service, you affirm that you:
✔ Are at least 18 years old.
✔ Own a mobile device capable of receiving text messages.
✔ Are a customer of a participating wireless carrier with text messaging services enabled.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not responsible for any:
- Interruptions, delays, or errors in SMS delivery.
- Losses or damages arising from your use of our website or services.
- Compatibility issues with certain mobile devices or carriers.
In no event shall Core Integrated Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
